No Returns

Please note: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Make sure to double-check your size, color, and order details before checking out.

Refunds for Lost or Undelivered Items

If your order never arrives or is lost in transit, we’ve got your back.

  • If your tracking number shows no delivery after 21 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), contact us at [outkasted644@gmail.com] 

  • We’ll investigate and, if confirmed lost, issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at [outkasted644@gmail.com] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
